  • Go to the Downloads folder where the file was saved. Double click the clientlauncher file. If this is the first time you have ran this program, you will be asked to install/connect to a network printer. Accept the connection.
  • After this completes, you should see an icon in your taskbar:

This means that mobile printing is installed and running on your machine. You should now be able to print to the Front Desk printer.

  • The application will stop when you click on the icon and click ‘Stop Client’, or when you power off your machine. If you frequent the library, you merely have to run the clientlauncher software again to restart the software.
  • Your print jobs will sent to the release terminal provided near the front desk. When printing you will be asked to input an ID. It is suggested you use your library card number as the ID. You can scan your card at the release terminal to easily access your print jobs. Once you have paid and released your jobs, you can retrieve them from the front desk.
